StarCraft and BroodWars? own. Seriously, they do.
StarCraft is a so-called real-time strategy game, made by [Blizzard]. You gather resources, build bases and train troops, and then go beat up your enemies (who, ironically enough, are often your friends in the RealWorld :) It's a cool concept. [Westwood] pretty much did the first RTS, Dune, and it was a classic in its day as well. But StarCraft just takes the idea and polishes it so well, and gives the player so many tactical possibilities that it really does own the whole category. Every person I've met who plays StarCraft has different strategies and a whole different way of playing the game. Playing StarCraft isn't just an activity; it's become an art form.
